The Birds Eye Chilli is a favourite among most people in the Uk and is more readily available than most of the Chillies we deal with here at Tribal Chilli. Again this was a 1st attempt at making a sauce from these and what a great surprise.
It has a slightly off red colour but my gosh does it have a sensational medium strength burn that get those endorphins jogging about a little bit.
